Use MultiGrid responsibly
You may not use MultiGrid to violate law or the rights of others, or to facilitate:
- sexual exploitation or abuse of children;
- malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, destructive attacks or evasion of security controls;
- credible threats, targeted harassment or instructions intended to cause physical harm;
- fraud, impersonation, deceptive financial schemes or unlawful surveillance;
- infringement of intellectual property, privacy or data-protection rights;
- spam, automated abuse, artificial traffic or attempts to evade provider or MultiGrid limits;
- fully automated high-impact decisions about employment, housing, lending, insurance, healthcare, education, legal services or essential public services without lawful safeguards and meaningful human review.
Tools and agents
You are responsible for every tool, MCP server and external system you connect. Use least-privilege allowlists, require approval for sensitive actions and review execution logs. Do not grant an agent authority you would not grant an untrusted application.
Enforcement
For hosted or support services, we may investigate suspected abuse and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, providers, infrastructure or legal compliance. We may preserve and disclose information when legally required.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse to abuse@multigrid.ai. Report vulnerabilities privately to security@multigrid.ai.
